Volunteer & Partnership Policy

Volunteer pledges allow members to express interest in supporting AGSOSA projects, welfare initiatives, events, mentorship, documentation, or school advancement activities. A pledge is not an employment relationship, agency appointment, or binding obligation unless separately confirmed by authorised officers.

Partnership, sponsorship, donation, or institutional collaboration discussions must be reviewed through approved Association channels. No member may represent that they bind AGSOSA to a partnership, sponsorship, contract, fundraising commitment, or public statement unless authorised by the Association.

Members supporting projects must disclose conflicts of interest, avoid self-dealing, and use Association information only for approved purposes. Financial or procurement matters should follow the Association's governance and finance approval processes.
