Event & Homecoming Terms

1. Scope
These terms apply to AGSOSA homecoming activities, reunions, school visits, fundraising events, meetings, welfare visits, volunteer projects, and any event promoted through the Platform.
2. Registration and Participation
Event registration may require accurate contact details, set information, guest counts, payment confirmation, or eligibility verification. The Association may refuse or cancel registration where information is inaccurate, capacity is exceeded, safety requires it, or participation would be inconsistent with Association values.
3. Conduct and Safety
Participants must act respectfully, follow organiser instructions, comply with venue rules, and avoid conduct that endangers others or brings the Association into disrepute. The Association may remove any participant whose conduct is unsafe, disruptive, harassing, fraudulent, or unauthorised.
4. Photography and Publicity
Events may be photographed or recorded for Association records and publicity. Where identifiable images or stories are used in a focused promotional manner, the Association will apply appropriate consent practices. Attendees who have privacy concerns should contact communications@ags-alumni.com or secretariat@ags-alumni.com.
5. Payments, Donations, and Refunds
Where an event includes payments, dues, donations, sponsorships, or fundraising, the applicable payment instructions will be stated separately. Donations and sponsorship discussions are not binding until accepted by authorised Association officers and recorded through approved channels.
